Because stories create change…

We are storytellers who empower you to use your voice to build a better world

“Until the lion tells the story, the hunter will always be the hero.”

Chinua Achebe shared this beautiful African proverb in Art of Fiction. At A Better Force, we also believe in the power of untold stories to reclaim narratives and transform systems. For too long, our world has suffered from systems of oppression that have robbed people and communities of resources and opportunities to thrive. We use our stories and data to illustrate this reality and provide communities and companies the tools to pivot to more community-centered systems that have people’s well-being and equity at the core. Whether it’s to host a workshop, provide coaching, or help analyze policies, we’d love to collaborate with you to usher in a better future for our world. • I have known the co-founders of A Better Force for several years and have used their services in the past. This year when I was writing a proposal to NSF with a large team, I reached out to Dr Seraj with the goal of creating new workshops. She took the time to understand the proposed project, the composition of the team and the requirements from the FOA. Within a few days they got back to me with beautiful images and fantastic ideas for workshops. I look forward to working with them again.
